At My Great Canvas Print Service, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused.
- After receiving the product in 7 days, please send us an email at info@mygreatcanvas.com. with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, securely wrapped in bubble wrap, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover the initial shipping cost, and no deductions will be made from the refund for this shipping cost.
Upon verifying that the above conditions are met and the product is returned to us in its original condition and specifications, we will provide a 100% refund.
Please Note:
- Each customer's phone/tablet/computer model and screen brand may vary. Therefore, there may be a 2% to 5% difference in color or brightness between the product you receive and what you see on your screen due to differences in model, brand, lighting, and color settings.
- When placing an order, please carefully measure the dimensions of the area where you intend to display the product. The dimensions on our website are for reference only. We custom-produce all our products according to your preferred model, size, and panel type. Keep in mind that we are not a retail store, but a custom manufacturer. Therefore, we recommend careful consideration when placing an order, as the chance of reselling a returned product is extremely low. We appreciate your understanding.
