What is your shipping policy?

We offer free USA shipping on all orders with no minimum order amount. All orders get processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.

What is the Return Policy?

At My Great Canvas, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products, each view able on the corresponding product page. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your products and you have not contacted us about any concerns about your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund. Any problems or concerns need to be brought to our attention within this 7 Days. We must receive the product within the 30 days after your purchase dates.
  • It is the customers responsibility to make sure their return is packaged good to not get damaged during shipping back to us.
  • WE OFFER 75% refunds on orders made by mistake, change of mind or dissatisfaction due to print quality and take a 25% restocking fee. If there is something wrong with your print, we will get a brand new one shipped out to you free of charge.
  • WE DO NOT accept returns on items' dissatisfaction or change of mind regarding the sizes or Color different reason. We have size charts on our site with exact measurements of all our canvases and our pictures match what leaves our facility.
  • Orders that are being returned due to manufacturers defect/shipping damage will not incur in a 25% restocking fee. 
  • WE DO NOT accept returns on items that have already been hung up. Items need to be still in their original packaging when sent back to us.
  • Color Differences Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your screen 5% different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

Returns or Refunds (accepted under the following circumstances):

Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect

  • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund. We will require photo evidence of this via email to
  • For manufacturers defect we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 

Not As Described

If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund for a different item.

  • Product Lost in Transit
  • If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

Returns ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Unstained
  • Unused
  • In the Original Bubble, unacceptable extra different bubble in the box.
  • Original packaging
  • Within 7 days of the date you received your initial purchase
  • Ordered received for refunds that arrive back to use damaged due to customers negligence with packaging and shipping back to us, may incur additional fees.

How to Return:

  • Please send the product to the address provided to at the end of our website and ship them via FedEx or USPS.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item (under certain circumstances). We do not provide a shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive 75% of your payment, we take 25% stocking fee.

Depending on your country of origin, it may take anywhere from 3-5 days for US customers or up to 14-21 days for International Customers for your exchanged item to reach you.

Our products are handmade and produced based on the orders we receive. They are not stock products since we have over +1000 different pictures, sizes, models, and panel types.

The color of the product I received is not the same as on the screen. Can I return it?

Please note that the actual artwork may be slightly different from the photo on the website due to the photo shooting lighting or the users' screen brightness.

When we add a new product, color setting is done and the colors appearing on the screen and in print are exactly the same. For this reason, we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS due to the color of the product being different due to your screen brand, light settings and contrasts.

The product was smaller/larger than I expected. Can I Return It?

Please pay attention to the dimensions when placing an order. We do not ship larger or smaller than the size the customer ordered. And there is a Size Chart page on our website, there are actual measurements. For this reason, we cannot ACCEPT RETURNS regarding size.
