Conditions for Return:

  1. The product must be unused.
  2. After receiving the product in 7 days, please send us an email at info@mygreatcanvas.com. with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  3. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, securely wrapped in bubble wrap, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover the initial shipping cost, and no deductions will be made from the refund for this shipping cost.

Upon verifying that the above conditions are met and the product is returned to us in its original condition and specifications, we will provide a 100% refund.
